An “Ultimate Beginners” Workout


The following video by fitness trainer Joe Wicks (aka The Body Coach) is an “ultimate beginners workout. It’s low-impact and perfect for anyone who is completely new to exercise or getting back into it after a time away. Its aim is to gently build back both one’s level of fitness and confidence.

I previously shared a similar video of 10-minute duration. This one ups the ante somewhat as it’s 15-minutes long. . . . Have at it!
